| Well, chiropractic
care and Dr.G came through again!
I've
been in the administrative field for over 20 years.
I pride myself in the fact that I do receive regular
chiropractic adjustments. After all these years, I've
never experienced "carpal tunnel" symptoms
in either of my wrists except for earlier this week.
In the last week or two, the amount of time I've
spent doing solid blocks of data entry has doubled.
I didn't notice any ill effects from my concentrated
effort until Saturday. I woke up with a stiff right
wrist. It felt like I had been leaning on my had while
lying on the floor (you know, how kids watch TV).
It was stiff, felt numb and hurt. Sunday it was worse.
The pain had increased and my horizontal movement
was restricted left and right. The burning and pain
was so bad Sunday night, I woke up ever two hours
to ice. |
On Moday I scheduled
an appointment with Dr. G thinking I would need X-Rays
that would reveal a possible fracture. I tripped at
home on Saturday morning and thought this little fall
might have had something to do with the problem.
In two seconds flat, Dr. G knew where the problem
originated. He adjusted my fingers, hand and wrist
and finished the visit with stem therapy.
By that night, at least 50% of the pain was gone.
By the next day 75% of the pain was gone. I've followed
up with ice three time a day to help with the inflamation.
In two days I was back to 100%.
What would I do without him!
